Lyon by Continents is a building with a scale that is friendly to its surroundings and an architecture that reflects the lifestyle of its inhabitants.
It is located halfway between the Rambla and Av. Italia, two of the main east-west connectors of the City. At the same distance from the Old City as from the airport and surrounded by a wide infrastructure of services that make Malvín an excellent option to settle in.
16 apartments: 9 with 1 bedroom, 6 with 2 bedrooms (all with terrace) and 1 studio. On the top level, a communal terrace conceived as an extension of your apartment: a space available to meet, exercise or simply relax and enjoy the outdoors.
A project of solid construction and careful design, thought to facilitate the construction processes and thus achieve adequate cost control, which will favor future profitability.

Energy saving and environmental awareness were the premises when conceiving the project: windows with double hermetic glass, LED lamps in common spaces, taps and sanitary appliances with flow control, natural coverings and incorporation of plant species in the garden and terrace.
The first alternative to take advantage of free time is to go down with the kids to the little squares that are so close that they seem to be part of the building's garden. The promenade is another option: fresh air, space to run, go out in a group for a walk, to walk the dog or ride a bike. Kite sails are part of the landscape of one of the most beautiful beaches in Montevideo.
It seems impossible to stop looking at the horizon and feeling far away, even when you are in the middle of the city. You don't have to try hard to have a good time in Malvín. Here you live on another frequency.
