In a central area in the midst of an urban revitalization process, NOSTRUM CENTRAL emerges, a tower designed for practicality, which will allow you to maximize your investment.
Nostrum Central is an innovative design proposal by Carlos Ott in association with Carlos Ponce de León Architects.
A 13-story tower with 136 housing units, 64 one-bedroom units, 60 two-bedroom units, and 12 three-bedroom units.
The tower, under a horizontal property regime, for apartment units promoted by Law 18,795, is developed on a ground floor, a first level with 12 units and a large open-air patio for common use, 3 levels of 12 apartment units, and 8 levels of 11 apartment units per level.
The tower prioritizes vehicular access, as well as optimal access to transportation and services, both public and private. An enclave of excellence, in immediate communication with the main fast-track arteries of the city, with the port of Montevideo and the heart of Ciudad Vieja.
With a corner typology and close to the bay of Montevideo, Nostrum Central offers you exceptional open views of the Río de la Plata, both to the west and to the east. A great project in tune with the river as wide as the sea.
This new Tower contributes to revitalizing this area of the City that is destined to consolidate itself as a residential and central area.
At the crowning level, two Multipurpose Halls and a panoramic terrace are implemented. The project has basements for garages and technical areas.
The orientation has also been defined according to environmental criteria and with the intention of maximizing the views towards the Port, the Cerro de Montevideo, the Bay, the Río de la Plata and the east of the city.
On the ground floor there is the hall where there are 3 elevators, stairs, a bathroom for use by the concierge and direct access to the parking lot. There are 2 commercial premises, one on Calle la Paz and the other on Paraguay.
On Paraguay there is a vehicle access that is completely independent from the Tower access.
