MINI is located on the street that gives it its name, and faces the impressive view of the Río de la Plata. Surrounded by urban landmarks such as the Presidential building, the Solís Theater, the CAF building and the new Mauá Dam project, it is located in a unique urban environment in the city, which has been undergoing a great transformation process for some time.

Being a high-rise residential building, it prioritizes a neutral façade as a virtual curtain that proposes the enjoyment of the balconies throughout the year, forming an intermediate space between the interior of the homes and the exterior.

Thus, this minimal work generates depths and reflections of the urban environment to which it belongs, seeking to extend the traditional typologies of the area, complementing a new urban environment. MINI plays between nature and the different urban scales that Montevideo poses, an inherent condition of this city that faces the river.
