Located in Malvín, the DISTRITO M residential project is located on one of the largest plots of land in the downtown area of ​​the city of Montevideo, on one of the main avenues of traffic, Avenida Italia.

The residential development on the west side of the new Colombes street is made up of 46,000 m2, built and distributed in three towers, a commercial ground floor and two basement levels of garages.

The staggered arrangement of the towers and their layout on the floor plan, not only optimize the sunlight of the units. As we ascend each tower, remarkable views of the most varied nature are revealed to us. From the sea, to the new highline of Puertito del Buceo, to traditional aerial views of Montevideo.

Interior spaces
