Equipment and Finishes

Kitchen
  • White ceramic and/or porcelain tiles in a color to be defined, minimum height of 1.50 m and countertop of 0.60 m. The entire perimeter of the kitchen appliances and refrigerator will be covered.
  • Kitchen countertops will be made of top quality granite or marble, color and type to be defined. Single, satin stainless steel, countertop kitchen sinks with valve.
  • The taps will be single-lever in chrome-plated bronze: in the kitchen, single-lever 40mm for the countertop.
  • Installation will be planned for an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, fume hood, extractor, washing machine, and water heater.
Bathrooms
  • Porcelain floors.
  • White ceramic and/or porcelain tiles in a color to be defined, up to a height that exceeds the ceiling (minimum 2.20 meters above NPT).
  • The sanitary fittings will be of the highest quality. The toilets will have a back-up tank and must include a lid. The bidets and washbasins will have top-quality single-lever taps.
  • 35mm single-lever faucet with external shower and valve included.
  • Bathroom accessories will be chrome plated and there will be at least: 1 towel rack for the washbasin, 2 shower towel hangers, 1 shower soap dish, 1 toilet roll holder.
Exterior openings
  • The exterior openings will be made of black aluminum with roller shutters, Monoblock “G” system type from Aluminios del Uruguay or similar from Alumex.
  • The roller blinds in the living rooms and bedrooms will be made of black aluminium with an aluminium box incorporated into the opening. The tapes will be made of top quality cotton and the guides will be made of aluminium.
Air-conditioning
  • Installation of Split or Multisplit type air conditioning equipment in the living rooms and main bedrooms of each unit is planned.
  • There will be provision for electricity (pipe with guide wire, socket and free space on the panel to place a thermo-magnetic switch); drains for indoor and outdoor units and copper pipes between the indoor and outdoor units according to the BTU capacity of the equipment in accordance with the dimensions of the rooms.
Flats
  • In bedrooms and living rooms, integrated kitchens will be in vinyl planks.
Interior Walls
  • The interior walls are covered with putty and water-based paint.
Interior openings
  • The doors of the apartment units will have laminated edges and alveolar filling, with a white and/or wood melamine finish, a melamine-veneered MDF frame and perimeter weatherstrip, with Hafele or similar hardware.
  • The wood and ironwork carpentry will be painted with semi-matte synthetic enamel in a color to be defined.
Terraces
  • Non-slip porcelain floors.
