Bellevue is a residential development located in the town of Ciudad de la Costa, Department of Canelones, in a natural setting that is exclusive for its valuable environmental attributes, situated between Lago Calcagno and Parque Roosevelt and linked to two main arteries, Av. De las Américas and Av. Racine.

On this basement are two symmetrical housing towers that have their facades free on the perimeter, optimizing the views of the surroundings.

The typical floor plan of each tower is composed of a central vertical circulation core with three elevators and apartments arranged on the perimeter, which provides balanced conditions with the surrounding environment. This organization of the units optimizes the conditions of insulation and ventilation. The location of the circulatory core guarantees the efficiency of vertical and horizontal circulation.

The shaft ends in two unique levels, levels 16 and 17 where duplex units are located.
