Privacy Policy

1.- planorbe is the owner of the Website, content and services that are hosted through the domain name www.planorbe.com (hereinafter the "Site").

Access or use of the Site implies acceptance and consent that planorbe collects information that may eventually contain personal data, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

2.- planorbe is obliged to treat the personal data provided by the Users of the Site exclusively in accordance with the modalities and purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy and/or registration forms, and in strict compliance with the provisions of the regulatory standards for the treatment and protection of personal data of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, in particular, as provided for by Law 18,831 and the Decrees 664/08, 414/09 and 308/14.

3.- planorbe will keep the personal data to which it has access confidential and reserved, using them only for the purpose for which they were provided and will not give access to them for any purpose. Without prejudice to the foregoing, planorbe may: a. Provide third parties with statistical information, provided that said information is treated in a generic manner, not allowing the identification of particular Users. b. planorbe may disclose personal data or other information to third parties when such information is required for the fulfillment of the relationship between planorbe and the User, such as the fulfillment of the functionalities, services or tools provided by the Website. In particular, Users expressly consent to their data being transmitted to third parties in the event that the User requests information or expresses specific interest in properties marketed through the Website. c. planorbe may also provide information to third parties by legal imperative upon written request by administrative or jurisdictional authorities. d. In the event that it is delivered to a data processor, in which the result of the treatment is exclusive to planorbe.

4.- The information collected under this Privacy Policy may be hosted on its own or contracted servers, in the territory of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay or abroad, obliging planorbe in all cases to maintain an adequate level of protection. In this regard, planorbe assumes, as an obligation of means, the implementation of all security measures capable of preventing unauthorized third parties from accessing the data, including the imposition of physical security measures. Likewise, access to the data will be limited to employees or subcontractors who must access the data for service reasons.

5.- planorbe is only obligated with respect to the use that the User makes through direct access to the Website, and is therefore not responsible if the User accesses it through the redirection of third-party sites or applications.

6.- The User is solely responsible for the use of his or her password and for the personal data that he or she provides, and must not share them with third parties. The password must be changed periodically, in accordance with the recommendations set forth on the Website and the expressly authorized communications that planorbe maintains with the User. The User must refrain from responding to any communication received in a manner not specifically agreed upon or explained on the Website.

7.- The User declares that the data provided to the Website are true, complete, truthful and correct, and is therefore directly responsible for any negative consequences that a breach of the above may generate for himself or herself or third parties. The User must at all times keep this data updated and inform the Website of any changes that are relevant to the scope of this Privacy Policy.

The User will have the possibility at all times to edit his personal information in his user profile, but in all cases adhering to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

8.- planorbe may modify this Privacy Policy unilaterally. However, in all cases, the modifications will come into effect on the fifth business day after they have been published on the Website, or informed to the User through theemail provided during the subscription process.

9.- The User may at any time exercise rights of access, modification, deletion or consultation, by contacting the email address info@planorbe.com.
