Our website offers two levels of access to information:

Basic access
This is the default level when you enter the website without being registered as a user. You will see all the general information about the projects and the price ranges they offer.

Full access for 48 hours
You must register as a user. You can do this automatically with your Google or Facebook account, or you can create an account with an email and password. In addition to general information about the projects, you can also access the following information: as well as basic search filters, you will have access to:

- Sales prices of all units offered
- Comparative table of up to 6 selected units
- Complete list of available units
- Powerful search filters
- Your list of favorite projects
- High-definition plans of the units
- 3D virtual tours
- Average price per m2
- % progress of each project
- % of units sold in each project

Access expires 48 hours after you register. At that time you have the option to extend it for 48 more hours without having to contact our planorbe Experts.
If you are interested in continuing to use the site after the 4 days of initial access, you must contact one of our planorbe Experts.

Planorbe charges 3%+VAT on the purchase price of the property.
