The Poseidón Laguna plot has a privileged location facing the sea, on the highway, and on the banks of the Laguna del Diario. The project defines a complex of 3 towers, “Mar”, “Vista” and “Laguna”, which are articulated to form a “C” with the “Poseidón” house as the focal point. It is a large residence of approximately 800m2, part of the history of Punta del Este, designed in 1978 by the Uruguayan architect Samuel Flores Flores (1933-2017).

The buildings contain a semi-buried lower level with garages, storage rooms and service premises. To maintain and reinforce the character of a large park, the exposed underground roofs are designed as green spaces. On the ground floor there are common spaces, such as the double-height entrance hall that connects the towers, the administration and the children's room; as well as housing units.

From the 1st floor onwards, apartments of different typologies are developed, from studios to 3-bedroom units. Most of the units have at least two façades with large terraces on both sides, which guarantees spectacular views and excellent natural lighting and ventilation. Reaching the top, the towers are staggered, generating notable expansions of said terraces.

Through the Hall, the access from La Odisea street and the park surrounding the Poseidón house is connected. This is completely recycled as an amenities space. The facilities include meeting rooms, barbecue areas, a spa, a gym, changing rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas, all within a large park with unrivalled views of both the sea and the Del Diario lagoon.

The towers, with their different staggered heights towards the ends, together with the surrounding trees, form a backdrop to the view of the Poseidon house from the road.
