Equipment and Finishes

Kitchen
  • The furniture is made of chipboard with a wood melamine finish, resistant to humidity and abrasion, 18mm thick.
  • All cabinets have a floor, ceiling, back and adjustable shelves. The sink cabinet has an aluminium-coated bottom.
Exterior openings
  • The exterior vertical enclosures are designed as a floor-to-ceiling glass envelope with an aluminium structure.
  • The glass is of the DVH type with solar radiation reduction and the aluminium frames have a RPT (thermal bridge break) system, from the Metra factory (origin Italy).
Heating
  • Electric underfloor heating in bathrooms and access areas.
Air-conditioning
  • Pre-installation for air conditioning equipment system, multi-split type or similar.
  • The future location of hidden equipment on ceilings and air injection through grilles is planned, at the expense of the prospective buyers.
Flats
  • The floors of the units are made of wood-like porcelain, as are the coverings of the toilets.
Interior Walls
  • The dividing walls of the units and the interior partitions of the apartments are made of cellular concrete block masonry, in widths of 20 cm and 12.5 cm, respectively.
  • The plastering was carried out on them with sprayed plaster, and then the corresponding finishing touches of putty and paint were carried out.
Interior openings
  • Made of wood, as well as those leading to them from the palliers.
  • The storage room doors were also made of this material.
Terraces
  • The project includes balconies around the entire perimeter of the units, whose silhouette varies from floor to floor as the level changes.
  • These balconies have tempered glass railings, with a structure of aluminium uprights embedded in the concrete.
