The logic of the architectural project lies in the development of the internal dialogue between buildings by means of a linear plaza that configures a microclimate accentuated by the change in level with respect to the street. This internal opening allows for the creation of a new, well-defined and controlled urban space that provides the security and tranquility necessary for the owners and visitors who will use it.

These open squares are treated in such a way that they articulate urban furniture, recreational spaces, recreation and, fundamentally, nature, noticeable in the vegetation and natural materials (stone, wood, water).

 

The complex as a whole has not only the strength of the outdoor recreational spaces but also a series of amenities such as a gym and solariums with barbecue grills on the roof level. Both the homes and the offices have parking at the basement level.

The Molino del Parque residences, with large internal dimensions designed for real needs, adapt to your wishes. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with the possibility of also forming 3-bedroom units. All apartments are front facing, with wide views of Jacaranda Park.
