Located in Malvín, the DISTRITO M residential project is located on one of the largest plots of land in the downtown area of ​​the city of Montevideo, on one of the main avenues of traffic, Avenida Italia.

The residential development on the west side of the new Colombes street is made up of 46,000 m2, built and distributed in three towers, a commercial ground floor and two basement levels of garages.

Equipment and Finishes

Kitchen
  • It will be covered with white ceramic on the countertop and in the air behind the extraction.
  • Flooring, due to its continuity with the living room, will have the same finish.
  • Furniture in MDF melamine with ABS edges, white melamine structure, chrome metal handles.
  • Quartz countertop chosen by the Construction Management.
  • The sinks will be simple, made of A304 stainless steel.
  • The faucet will be single-control on the countertop.
Closets
  • Interior carpentry for the dressing room will not be supplied in the corresponding units, but the closet front will be.
Bathrooms
  • 60x60 porcelain flooring in colour to be defined.
  • Partitions: 30x60 porcelain tile, color to be defined.
  • The sink will be semi-recessed and white like the rest of the sanitary fixtures.
