Located in Alberdi and Bolonia, an established neighborhood with green gardens and an enormous landscape quality.
It is projected as a high-end, extremely modern building, with 3-bedroom apartments with the comforts of a home. The units are distributed over 4 floors: 2 units per floor up to the 3rd floor, and a penthouse on the 4th floor.

The overall proposal is based on the principles of sustainability, land use and solar energy. Paths that run through a series of vegetable gardens arranged in exposed concrete pots made on site, mark a kind of route that includes fruit tree plantations that let sunlight through their foliage, flooding the interior spaces of the units with light through their large windows.

The volumetry of the building is the result of arranging in an orderly manner, a series of boxes in the space where each of them is an independent, unique unit, dialoguing with its surroundings both by its materiality and by its openness to the outside. These independent units, which do not share dividing walls with each other, provide greater privacy, in such a way that there is no visual connection between neighbors.

 

The owners feel as if they live in individual houses arranged in height, strongly linked to their surroundings with large glass planes. A series of wooden parasols that act as filters provide greater security to the complex. Leaving the heart of the building free with a patio that crosses the project at height, the more closed secondary spaces, corridors and connections are illuminated and ventilated, leaving the four facades free to house the main living and bedroom spaces.

This second facade that is generated towards the patio, is resolved with exposed concrete planes perforated by horizontal light slits that do not reach the ground; a predominantly closed facade that seeks to protect the inhabitants from prying eyes, while providing lighting to the corridors and toilets.

These boxes, which make up a housing unit each, are structured in two parts according to the functions they house. One of them is more open, where the living room, kitchen and barbecue grills are located, where the social and recreational activities of the house take place; the other, also glazed, changes orientation and contains the more intimate spaces, for rest.
