General Information
01 VISTA is located in La Blanqueada, one of the residential neighborhoods of Montevideo. A point in the city with great connectivity, easy access and roads in north-south and east-west directions. 01 VISTA, where nature and technology merge in an avant-garde and sustainable design. Spaces to live intelligent life. The project comes to add modernity, warmth and value to one of the localities with the greatest development and potential of the Uruguayan capital.
Studio (25), one (132) and two bedroom (22) apartments, equipped with home automation to control the home from the mobile phone and allow the integration of technologies to improve the quality of life, energy efficiency and security. It has 90 parking spaces.
Technological aspects that find their balance in green landscapes and vegetation in more than half of the free area of the ground floor, on the roofs of the basement and on the crown of the building, in addition to the impressive views of the city and the river.
The facade has a contemporary and imposing design. Materials such as exposed concrete, prefabricated panels, a mix of glass and aluminum make 01 VISTA a contemporary project. Its 179 units are designed to maximize the available space with a current and functional style.
01 VISTA has a comprehensive diagnosis regarding the EDGE environmental certification. The main objective of this certification is the reduction of carbon hydroxide. This standard will be required in 30 years for all buildings, as is already the case in the first world. And at the moment, it is the only project in Uruguay that will comply with this regulation.
The project meets the efficiency standards for energy consumption, water and energy incorporated in materials, which allows progress to be made on the EDGE certification process. During the design process and to develop the diagnosis, the project team incorporated EDGE-accredited professionals.
- Facade design that includes adequate proportions of glazing, ensuring views while minimizing energy loss.
- Insulation of exterior walls and roof that allows for a significant level of thermal comfort with a low amount of additional energy to be incorporated by users and high-performance glass in the most compromised orientations.
- External solar control that allows for an adequate level of shading to avoid excessive solar radiation.
- Automatic lighting controls.
The building layout is made up of a translucent ground floor with lots of greenery that gives access to the building and the common areas. The interior spaces are flexible and promote shared and commercial spaces that interact fluidly with the public space.
From the fifth floor onwards, the extensive tower that houses apartments of different typologies is developed. On the 17th floor there are the amenities with a long view of the river.
The base, the tower and the top of the building are designed as an architectural unit that is built from a structure of concrete pillars and beams, which follows the geometry of the building throughout its development. This is how all the facades have a comprehensive treatment in which low or no maintenance materials prevail.
It has a large number of amenities designed to satisfy the needs of rest, exercise, social life and work in a relaxed environment.
